I had a relative named Cecil Bowers. I think it was an aunt, but i'm not positive. Most of that side of my family was not around when i was growing up.
My wife has/had Uncle name Cecil Bowers, they lived in Empire, Louisiana, I think his Wifes name was Erma. There were a few Bowers in Empire, I don't know where they were from originally.
My wifes fathers name is Rene S. Bowers.
