Looking for Millard Carson Bowers (Father) last known living in the Kansas City Kansas / Mo. area . He would be in his late 70's (?) early 80's . I have never met him and I'm now 51 .

My mom (Christie) only has one picture of him and it is now very faded. She has a sister and a brother, both from Millard Bowers. She was given very sad news in 1977 that he had passed away in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was given very sparse details of his life, but I think it may have included a stint as the Sheriff of Fort Collins. My mom knows of another woman living in Houston, Texas who is Millard Bowers' daughter.
