Looking for relatives
Hi everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!
I am new to this site, a friend of mine saw a post and emailed this site to me. I am glad I found it. I am the GREAT GRANDDAUGHTER of NANNIE BOWER and JACOB BISHOP of Montgomery County, Va....well at least this is where they ended up. They had 12 children, one of which was my grandmother. I have a dc for Jacob Bishop saying he died March 5,1915 in Pamplin /Appomatox County,Va. yet I have never been able to find any proof of where he is buried, an obit , or anything surrounding his death. Nannie Bower died and is buried in Boone, Iowa not too far from me. I have proof with documents .
